All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, property size, and specific requirements. CleanRoute maintains the right to modify service offerings, pricing, and availability without prior notice.
3. User Responsibilities
To ensure the quality and safety of our cleaning services, users must comply with the following responsibilities:
Property Access and Preparation
- • Provide timely access to the property to be cleaned
- • Secure or remove valuable items, cash, jewelry, and sensitive documents
- • Ensure adequate lighting and ventilation in all areas to be serviced
- • Remove or secure pets during scheduled cleaning visits
- • Provide access to water, electricity, and necessary utilities
Communication Requirements
- • Provide accurate contact information including phone number and email
- • Respond promptly to scheduling confirmations and service updates
- • Notify us at least 24 hours in advance of any changes or cancellations
- • Report any concerns or issues within 48 hours of service completion
- • Maintain open communication regarding special requests or requirements
Payment Obligations
- • Ensure payment is rendered on the agreed-upon schedule
- • Provide valid payment information and update as necessary
- • Understand that services may be suspended for overdue payments
- • Accept responsibility for additional charges due to excessive cleaning requirements
- • Review and approve any work performed before final payment
Prohibited Actions
- • Do not request cleaning services involving hazardous materials or illegal activities
- • Prohibit abusive, discriminatory, or threatening behavior toward our staff
- • Do not request services that could endanger our employees
- • Avoid sharing login credentials or access information with unauthorized persons
- • Do not tamper with or damage CleanRoute equipment or supplies
Violation Consequences
Violation of these responsibilities may result in immediate termination of services, additional charges, or legal action. CleanRoute reserves the right to refuse service to any user who violates these terms.
4. Booking and Payment Terms
Service Booking Process
Initial Consultation
Contact us via phone, email, or our online form to discuss your cleaning needs and receive a customized quote.
Quote Approval
Review and approve the provided quote, including scope of work, timeline, and pricing.
Scheduling
Schedule your service appointment at a convenient time. We operate Monday through Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Service Execution
Our professional team arrives with all necessary equipment and supplies to complete the agreed services.
Payment Terms and Methods

- • Cash (exact amount required)

Payment Schedule
- • One-time services: Payment due upon completion
- • Recurring services: Monthly advance payment required
- • Large projects: 50% deposit, balance upon completion
- • Emergency services: Full payment required in advance
- • Commercial accounts: Net 30 days from invoice date
Late Payment Policy
A 2% monthly service charge will be applied to overdue accounts. Services may be suspended for accounts past due by more than 15 days.
Returned Payment Fee: ₱500 for checks returned due to insufficient funds or other reasons.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Standard Cancellation
Notice Required: 24 hours advance notice
Fee: No charge for cancellations made 24+ hours in advance

Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation
Short Notice Cancellation
Notice Required: Less than 24 hours
Fee: 25% of the scheduled service cost
Emergency Exception: Medical emergencies or natural disasters - no charge

Refund Policy
Qualifying Refunds
- • Service not performed: Full refund if we fail to provide agreed services
- • Substandard work: Partial or full refund based on re-cleaning requirements
- • Double billing: Full refund of duplicate charges
- • Customer dissatisfaction: Refund consideration for services not meeting expectations (within 48 hours)
- • Property damage: Full coverage through our insurance with appropriate documentation
Non-Refundable Items
- • Services that have been completed to satisfaction
- • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice (late cancellation fees)
- • Additional services not originally quoted
- • Damage caused by pre-existing conditions
- • Stains or damage that were not reported before service began

- 2. Provide service date, address, and specific concerns
- 3. Allow 3-5 business days for investigation
- 4. Refunds processed within 7-10 business days to original payment method
- 5. Credit card refunds may take additional 5-7 business days to appear on statement

Limitations of Liability

CleanRoute is not liable for damage or loss resulting from:
- • Pre-existing damage, stains, or wear not disclosed prior to service
- • Damage to fragile, valuable, or heirloom items not properly secured
- • Water damage from leaks or flooding not caused by our services
- • Damage to items not meant for cleaning (e.g., delicate electronics, artwork)
- • Stains that are permanent due to the nature of the material or substance
Limitation of Damages
In no event shall CleanRoute's total liability exceed the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We specifically disclaim:
- • Consequential, incidental, or punitive damages
- • Loss of profits or business opportunities
- • Damage to personal relationships or reputation
- • Costs exceeding the service value
Claims Process
To file a claim, contact us within 48 hours of service completion with written documentation including photos of any damage, receipts for damaged items, and a detailed description of the incident.
Investigation Period: 5-7 business days. Approved claims are processed within 10 business days.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the CleanRoute Cleaning Services website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of CleanRoute and is protected by Philippine and international copyright laws.
